We’re thrilled to announce that Dawnvale has been appointed as the fit-out partner for The Cut & Craft Restaurants Manchester! 🎉 Located in the historic Bond building on York Street, this Grade II listed landmark was originally built in 1862 for the Manchester & Salford Bank. Now, it’s set to transform into one of Manchester’s most anticipated openings of 2025—a stunning 9,000 sq. ft. all-day dining steak and seafood restaurant with towering ceilings and space for 150 covers. STUDIO TWO INTERIORS 2 Interiors has poured immense creativity and effort into the design, and we’re excited to transform their vision into reality and create a space worthy of this incredible location. Mark your calendars for April 2025—when this spectacular venue officially opens its doors. It’s a privilege to help shape such an exciting project right here in our city. The Stadium Business Design & Development Summit starts today at the Old Trafford cricket ground and John Berry and Denise Jones will be attending from Dawnvale. 🚨 Peaky Blinders-Inspired Hospitality Suite! 🚨 Introducing The Garrison, a standout project from our 12-week fit-out at Birmingham City F.C. this summer. Formerly the Jasper Carrot Suite, this space underwent a complete transformation. We started with a full strip-out, followed by a comprehensive M&E package before crafting this remarkable venue. The Design concept by SpaceInvader drew inspiration from the iconic Garrison pub featured in the hit TV series Peaky Blinders. With the show set in and around Birmingham—and the original Garrison pub located not far from the ground—this suite serves as a tribute to the city’s history and its connection to the club’s roots. Adding an extra touch of authenticity, Peaky Blinders creator Steven Knight, a lifelong Blues fan from Small Heath, generously donated memorabilia from the series, including the iconic Garrison pub sign now displayed proudly on the wall. At the heart of the suite is a dark oak bar, complete with bull-nose edging and a vintage-style wooden gantry, framed by polished brass, gilded mirrors, and deep-buttoned leather banquettes. Timeless details such as white-tiled walls, traditional lighting, and black-and-white floor tiles create a classic yet welcoming atmosphere. The panoramic pitch view cements The Garrison as a fan and staff favourite, blending Peaky Blinders nostalgia with modern hospitality design. It’s an immersive space that celebrates Birmingham’s culture, community, and spirit.

🏛️ Rochdale Town Hall Bar Installations! 🏛️ Earlier this year, we contributed our bar expertise to the remarkable £20m renovation of the historic Rochdale Town Hall. Working within the limitations of its Grade I listing, we installed a bespoke main bar, followed by two additional mobile bars for different areas—bringing flexibility to this 150-year-old venue. With another amazing transformation, the former King’s Horse on Kingsway is now completely unrecognisable, thanks to the incredible efforts of all teams involved—especially the Hickory’s crew! 🍗🔥 The staff are now getting ready to serve their signature taste of the South as they open their doors on 2nd December.
