🌟A Special Visit from One of Omnigon's Partners🌟 Last month, we were thrilled to host Mark G. from Eakin Healthcare, one of Omnigon's dedicated partners. Mark travelled all the way from Ireland to Australia to connect with Stomal Therapy Nurses (STN). This trip marks a significant milestone in our ongoing commitment to improving patient care by learning directly from STNs and gaining valuable insights to enhance our support within the community. We're proud to be part of a network that is truly passionate about enhancing the lives of ostomates, and we look forward to continuing our collaboration with Eakin Healthcare to support this vital work. We want to trade with sustainable suppliers. Our progress so far: o 95% of our supply chain is compliant with our code of conduct. o 83% of our supply chain spend has completed an Ecovadis assessment. o On average, our suppliers scored 14% higher on Ecovadis when compared to all Ecovadis assessed companies. o 73% of our business emissions come from our supply chain. Why it matters: We want to maintain the highest ethical procurement standards, which are aligned to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and support our 2045 net-zero ambition. #Sustainability #EverybodysBusiness #SupplyChain #EthicalProcurement

Huge thanks to Paula Ospina and The Carbon Trust for inviting me to join 39 other UK manufacturers at a Sustainability with manufacturers event at the UK House of Lords . Privileged to have been able to meet Lord Karan Bilimoria it's been a while since I learnt so much in such a short time! I reckon Eakin Healthcare was perhaps the smallest company in the room, but our ambition to grow sustainably is just as big as the many smart, blue chip Organisations there. Thank you also to Helen Andrews Tipper and Marta Iglesias for sharing your wisdom and experience.
