As the year draws to a close, we want to extend a heartfelt thank you to our clients and partners for their unwavering support. This year has been a journey filled with exciting milestones and challenges—from delivering impactful projects and collaborating with remarkable funds like EQT Group, Impilo, and LeapFrog Investments to publishing another Honordex edition of the PE, VC, and MS Restoring Report with Dow Jones. We were thrilled to receive a grant from Innovate UK, enabling us to expand Honordex into the Higher Education sector. Being part of SuperReturn in Berlin was another highlight, as was launching our new podcast! Through the podcast, we share our insights and expertise in an accessible format, addressing key topics that resonate with our clients. What became increasingly clear this year, especially in light of global events, is that many companies are prioritising their culture—striving to create welcoming, productive, and effective environments for their teams. We feel privileged to bring leading research and knowledge to the conversations around culture and inclusion, helping organisations navigate these critical areas.
