Over 5 million women in the UK have experienced stalking and harassment in the past three years, leaving victims traumatised and at risk of further violence. A recent survey found that 79% of women lacked confidence in the police's ability to investigate these crimes. In response to a super complaint made by the Suzy Lamplugh Trust, a joint report was released in 2024, highlighting the need for better training, clearer guidance, and the use of "digital witnesses." At Forensic Analytics, we are passionate about aiding this response, already creating positive change through Operation Atlas. As we mark the start of the 16 Days of Activism against gender-based violence, we would like to share our recent white paper on modernising the police response to stalking and VAWG: https://hubs.la/Q02ZPxfW0 #16DaysOfActivism | #ItStartsWithMen | #VAWG | #LawEnforcement | #TechForGood
