Can someone tell us: why is there such a strict protocol for blood collection, yet none for routine urine collection when the two have diagnostic parity? Urine screening is the most common point of care test for women's UTI and prenatal health; #peezymidstream is as close as you can get to a protocol to guarantee midstream urine. This is a very good reason to ensure right-first-time midstream urine collection, analysis, diagnosis and treatment for women presenting with UTI and pregnant women's routine screening. Our real-world evidence generated by frontline healthcare workers and clinicans in real GP and antenatal settings demonstrate as low as 0% contamination in a world where current rates reach 30% (think costly retests, repeat appointments, patient recall admin etc).
