This year, Future Humber strengthened partnerships with Humber Freeport and the Humber Energy Board, by helping to support projects like hydrogen production and carbon capture to build a greener, sustainable future. Events like Innovation Zero and The Waterline showcased Humber’s leadership in net-zero and sustainability, while Delivering the Humber 2030 Vision, launched at the House of Lords, set out plans to unlock £15bn investment and thousands of skilled jobs. We welcomed global delegations, highlighting Humber as a hub for innovation whilst opening the door to meaningful partnerships and knowledge sharing. 2024 marked a huge milestone for Future Humber, the 30th anniversary of the Bondholder network. It was the perfect festive setting to connect, reflect, and plan for the new year! We also took a wellbeing moment with a 'Jar of Stars', sharing affirmations to lift spirits and celebrate the little things that keep us going.
