It was a pleasure to host Wendy Tindale OBE at Fyous this week, showcasing how our technology can revolutionise various aspects of the healthcare industry. One topic of conversation was radiotherapy masks, a critical tool in ensuring precise treatment delivery for patients undergoing radiotherapy. These masks are custom-designed to fit each patient's unique anatomy, enhancing treatment accuracy and patient comfort throughout their therapy journey.

3D printing used to be terrible. Low resolution. Thick layer heights. Failures galore. It was slow, expensive, and temperamental. But look where it is now—high quality, low cost, producing products indistinguishable from injection moulded parts. A transformation from clunky prototype tech to a manufacturing powerhouse. Now, remember this year. 2025. This was the year Polymorphic Tooling Technology first crossed your desk. It’s not perfect—it’s the beginning. The worst it will ever be. Thrilled to have a two-page spread in this January's issue of Design Engineer magazine! A huge thank you to Setform Limited for the spotlight and for helping showcase our disruptive innovation to the engineering community.

The scientific publication Nature, came across our work with Dental lab S4S Dental Laboratory and asked us to write an opinion piece about how PolyMorphic tooling, if integrated into the production of aligner moulds, could reduce waste by up to 10x.
