“At the beginning of the programme I had many unknowns. Now I have known unknowns, so that’s a good start.”
Yesterday marked the end of the Rocket Up Supernovas International programme from EIT - European Institute of Innovation and Technology, where we provided support by facilitating the sessions for the 10 female founders who have worked on their internationalisation strategy over the past 12 weeks.
During the final session, they presented their GTM strategy pitches and received feedback and insights from Pieter Aarts and Tamas Szeker - 터마쉬 세캘.
Some key insights from the session:
💡 When expanding internationally, find strong partners to support you, you do not have to do it all by yourself; but be careful about giving them exclusivity.
💡 Sharpen your value proposition and localise it before starting your GTM; sharing experiences, and hearing from other entrepreneurs is most valuable.
💡 Get introductions from existing customers into your target market to add extra trust and credibility during your market entry.
Throughout the programme we had the pleasure to be joined by other entrepreneurs who have shared their past experiences and learnings on internationalisation, such as Susan Hunt Stevens, Veronica Costa Orvalho, and Kiran Gange.
Good luck to Ani Biome, Resourcly GmbH, Fermata, Go Jauntly - a walking and wayfinding app, SCALED, BitaGreen, Corbiota, ProperGate, GAYA, and Litech on your next steps! We hope to be sharing great news about you soon! 🚀
Thank you Celeste Reglá Díaz, EIT Urban Mobility, EIT Food, EIT Manufacturing, and EIT - European Institute of Innovation and Technology, for this incredible journey!
