Happy Hanukkah! This eight-day festival, also known as Chanukah, celebrates 'dedication' and is one of the most widely observed Jewish holidays. This year, Hanukkah begins on December 25 and ends on January 2. Each night, families gather to light a menorah, adding one candle each evening until all eight are illuminated, using the Shamash candle to light the others. Traditionally, menorahs are displayed in windows, accompanied by songs, prayers, and blessings, as families exchange gifts and celebrate together. Wishing everyone a joyful Hanukkah!
