I'm grateful to have completed the third and final module of the Building Leadership Excellence (BLE) 2024 program at IE Business School, organized by Headspring Executive Development for the Kuwait Finance House Leadership Academy. The future of banking demands transformational leaders, and this program has fully equipped us with the tools related to leading yourself, leading teams, and leading organizations. Can AI truly care? That's one of the questions that we asked an audience of business leaders at the Financial Times Future of AI Summit in London last week.  In a thought-provoking session, Roger Steare challenged us to consider the moral compass of AI systems and revealed the results of his research: 💻 While ChatGPT-4 openly states that it lacks emotions and cannot care, Gemini Pro asserts that it does care outcomes for people. Last week, a group of amazing colleagues from PwC Danmark and I had the privilege of joining 20 other women in a fast-track program for emerging managers focused on enhancing our leadership skills and personal growth, facilitated by Above & Beyond Group and Headspring Executive Development 🚀 The experience was truly enlightening.
