“Working on both big and small scale schemes helps you remember to ocellate between the macro and micro ideas to bring each vision to life.” Matt Iliffe and Farrah Morgan share an insight into our dynamic process working on projects of varying scale and how they impact and improve the overall outcomes. At GPAD, we tackle projects of all scales - from intimate private homes to tall mixed-use buildings and expansive masterplans with thousands of new homes. On a small scale, we dive into details, focusing on interior spaces and materiality. This meticulous approach benefits our larger projects, ensuring the intricacy and craft of small schemes enrich our expansive ones. Video filmed and edited by Dion Barrett https://lnkd.in/eaZMnjeF

Today, we’re throwing it back to #ReimaginingCareers by Ryder Architecture which celebrated alternative career pathways into the built environment during #LFA2024! 💭 The evening event brought together panellists from RIBA, Class Of Your Own, GPAD, and the The London School of Architecture to reflect on how PlanBEE (Plan for Built Environment Education) is leading the way for early careers in the built environment. Attracting a large number of students, the event showcased the importance of engaging young people with opportunities at early ages.
