Our latest Harvey Nash Global Tech Talent & Salary Report, created in partnership with LinkedIn, highlights the growing importance of supporting employee wellbeing in attracting and retaining tech talent. Key Findings: ▪ 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐛𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭: Around 80% of respondents say their organization is supportive of their physical and mental wellbeing. ▪ 𝐆𝐞𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬: The US and UK are leading in supporting mental wellbeing, with 36% (US) and 38% (UK) of respondents feeling supported, compared to 25% in Europe. ▪ 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬: Education and government sectors are at the forefront of supporting wellbeing. ▪ 𝐇𝐲𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐝 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠: Over 85% of respondents feel supported in hybrid and flexible work arrangements.
