The youth mental health crisis is creating an annual £24bn cost to employers in lost productivity. This figure (among other concerning statistics) was recently released by the Centre for Mental Health , Centre for Young Lives, Children and Young People's Mental Health Coalition (CYPMHC), YoungMinds, and Prudence Trust. The problem not only affects the parents and carers of children, but also younger workers coming into the workplace now and our future leaders.
