This Christmas the hub North Scotland Limited team has donated food items to the Tilly Food Bank at Tillydrone Community Flat in one of Aberdeen's most socially deprived areas to help those who need it the most and ensure no-one goes hungry over the festive period. We also donated £400 to #SensationALL, a local charity which provides activities, social groups and practical support for children and adults living with neurodivergent or complex conditions or additional support needs. It is at times like this we all need to think about those less able to help themselves and ensure they can also enjoy the spirit of Christmas #helpingothers #thoseinneed #everylittlehelps #Christmas #socialimpact

Delighted to be a finalist in the Scottish Property Awards 2025 in the Development of the Year (Public) category with Greyhope School and Community Hub in Torry, Aberdeen, which we delivered on behalf of Aberdeen City Council in conjunction with our main contractor Morrison Construction and architects Halliday Fraser Munro. A great team effort by all involved in a fantastic project which redeveloped the site of the former Torry Academy to create a wonderful facility in one of the most socially deprived areas of the city. hub North Scotland Limited went clubbing this week with our supply chain partners on the Aberdeen City Centre & Beachfront Masterplan we are delivering on behalf of Aberdeen City Council. For the last three years our Programme Management Office team have been working hard across all the projects on the Masterplan and we now have construction works under way on Union Street Central, the new Market, and the beachfront, while plans are also being progressed for the Queen Street Urban Park and the Castlegate. This gathering was a way of saying thank you to everyone for the great effort they have put in to get us to this crucial stage. Appropriately, we met at Cheerz Bar & Nightclub in Hadden Street in the city centre, right next to the new Market site. A big thank you to George Mackenzie and his staff at Cheerz for providing a great night.
