Global DISC focuses on cognitive diversity, exploring the three layers of identity: what we do, how we do it, and why. Unlike most psychometric assessments, it addresses the 95% of actions driven by unconscious values and beliefs. People believe they’re objective, but they often build narratives to support their habits and choices. Cognitive diversity is the only proven form of diversity that boosts performance—it acts as a team’s immune system. However, when disagreements arise, it can be the difference between inclusion and success or division and failure. #leadershipdevelopment #humanresources #futureofwork #psychologicalsefty

Serving people should be the priority, not just entertaining them. Despite companies spending vast amounts on development programs, burnout is skyrocketing while employee engagement plummets—clear signs that something isn’t working. Many mistake workshop popularity for effectiveness, but real impact is measured by data, not assumptions. This highlights a major gap in data-driven leadership and team coaching. Feedback consistently shows that making invisible gut feelings visible leads to faster progress—often achieving more in three sessions than years of traditional methods. Join us tomorrow live! This 45 minutes can save you more money, time and hassle than you might realise. 🙌 Link in the comment below 👇 #leadershipdevelopment #futureofwork #humanresources #psychologicalsefty

Attending motivational keynote speeches can feel like progress, although in reality, trying to accomplish something without the right skills and tools can set you back even harder. Building high-perfoming teams is a similar mission. Good intention and great energy are useful unless we are heading towards the wrong direction. The biomarkers in a blood test can reveal exactly what needs to change and how much. They uncover the root causes of the symptoms we notice so the right solution can be applied as opposed to superficial treatments that make us temporarily feel better while the real issue gets worse inside. High-performing teams have measurable biomarkers that can help leaders realise where and what obstacles are getting in the way of unlocking their potential. Data-driven, precision team optimisation is not science fiction, but the competitive advantage of organisation who can successfully navigate disruptions. #leadership #futureofwork #teams

Great leaders aren't just born that way... ... They work hard, stay dedicated, and give it time to become truly great. Being a fantastic leader is all about understanding that working as a team means more than just getting along. It's about everyone bringing their own skills, views, and energy to aim for a big goal, especially when things get tough. Leadership isn't just about fixing things when they break. It's about laying down strong foundations right from the start so you don't just keep making quick fixes. Great leaders know that a team's power comes from working together towards a goal, even when the going gets rough. Such leaders create a place where everyone can speak up and feel important and where working together towards a shared goal is most important. This way of leading turns a bunch of people into a united team that doesn't just reach its goals but also inspires others. So, please share about a leader who has influenced you. How did they change the way you see teamwork and inspire you to create something lasting? #leadershipdevelopment #futureofwork #humanresources video credit: @employeetears

Have you ever used Global DISC in your work or personal development? Global DISC helps remove the illusion of separation by providing a shared vocabulary and framework across personalities and cultures. Simplicity is key—overcomplicated tools don’t get used. Instead of just measuring behaviour in specific situations, Global DISC explores three identity layers: what you do, how you do it, and most importantly, why. Since 95% of actions are driven by unconscious values and beliefs, understanding these deeper layers leads to real transformation. #leadershipdevelopment #futureofwork #humanresources #psychologicalsefty

One of Ray Dalio's principles is "build great metrics". Here is a question... If you psychological safety is the #1 trait of high-performing teams, where is your team on that scale? How do you know? Where was your team last year before you invested in training programs and where were they after that? How did their motivation change? In which area? Should you work on the team's blind spot by increasing their cognitive diversity, the only layer that has proven benefit in terms of performance? Measuring how much people enjoyed a course is important in a circus, not in a business. Guessing should not be an option when it comes to your success and people. That is where data-driven development can get you exponential better results than an intervention that addresses the wrong issue without diagnosis and the ability to measure progress transparently using metrics that truly matter. #futureofwork #leadership #teams

Wrong tools used for the wrong vehicle won't deliver the desired results. It is a seemingly obvious statement from a keynote speech I presented to 750 people for a client in the financial industry that made them realise they are not following the same logic when it comes to their approach to leadership and team development. The presentation was eye-opening in a positive way as they had the best intention to make things better, but service providers can be misleading sometimes and/or ideas can be misunderstood. - forced positive thinking has not much to do with growth mindset - political correctness is not inclusion - international knowledge is not a synonym for cultural intelligence - psychological safety is not a genie that would appear if we mention it or gently rub the cover of a book about it The more people understand how something works, the better they can optimise it. The more they can measure and visualise it, the more tangible and manageable it becomes. At the end of the day, the cost of investment in a data-driven approach is the same as using something that does not work or the loss not doing anything about it causes. The outcomes are vastly different, though. A keynote speech is a fantastic catalyst, it is just not the solution. If choice between mental well-being and performance should not be an option, aiming for both is possible. #keynote #futureofwork #leadership

Burnout rates have surged by 50% in some company segments, hitting employees aged 18–34, entry-level staff, and senior management the hardest. Meanwhile, employee engagement has plummeted to levels not seen in over a decade. Despite companies pouring millions into development programmes, the results are deteriorating faster than ever. This isn’t just a temporary dip—it’s a glaring disconnect. Employees are desperate for meaningful support, yet what they receive is often misaligned with their actual needs. Traditional solutions are failing because they focus on symptoms rather than root causes. The good news? There’s a better way. If you want to understand the key drivers behind these issues and how to reverse the trend effectively, drop me a message. I’ll share a link to a webinar that breaks down the proven strategies that actually work. #leadershipdevelopment #futureofwork #humanresources #psychologicalsefty
