She started her career in hospitality and has had various roles in consultancy, business change and transformation with some large complex organisations such as Capita, the NHS, StepChange Debt Charity and Highways England. Danielle set up her company, in October 2019 and last year went through a re-brand to Optimo | Certified B Corp. She now uses her expertise to help organisations improve and grow, helping leaders save time and money. She looks at how a business can be more effective with their processes, people, and systems. Helping them to identify opportunities to improve and put the infrastructure and systems in place. Danielle wants to make a difference and knows that working with purpose-driven and sustainability or environmental-focused companies she can remain true to her values.
