We have had the pleasure of working with this incredibly talented and all round amazing woman for many years now and we can’t imagine our Pro-Development life without her! Michelle met Lisa Clifford 🔥 Founder of The Meant for More Movement over a decade ago and they have been working together ever since. This month, Lisa is celebrating 20 years of her business and we couldn’t be more pleased for her. She ran a fabulous session this morning which included a glass walk for our amazing Remarkable Leadership Programme attendees. This is the 16th cohort she has supported for us now and we love having her join our last day of this 7-month programme to celebrate all that our amazing leaders have learnt and set them up for the future as they complete their journey with us. Thank you Lisa for all the lives you have changed through both our leadership programmes and our own team.

To do that, we make time to catch up/hold an informal review with all our clients at a frequency to suit them which might be quarterly or could be less often if that is their preference. However often, for us, this is important because we want to ensure that we have a good understanding of what their world is looking like, to share their successes and challenges with us, to know what's important to them right now and how we can best help them. Our clients often say that these catch ups are really helpful to give them the space to discuss their employee engagement and development and talking about this with us often helps to clarify their thoughts. When we can, we also use these times to ask for testimonials so we can ensure we are clear on the difference we are making, what is working and any areas we might improve on for the future along with our likely they would be to recommend us and any other thoughts they would like to share.
