We are Helen and Madeleine, lawyers with 30 years experience negotiating disputes. Now co-founders of Integrity Conflict Solutions (“Integrity”), we have one clear vision: to challenge traditional and perfunctory methods of resolving conflict to help leaders harness conflict and turn it into opportunity. Integrity isn’t just another mediation service. Drawing on years of experience and the specialisms of a team of multi-disciplinary experts in communication, negotiation, high performance and resilience, we provide leaders in business with the toolkit to master conflict conversations, improve negative behaviours and optimise valued commercial relationships. Through fun, interactive and memorable team sessions, RECOGNISE will ensure your team members are confident in recognising and managing conflict risk wherever it arises - and can teach others too. Is unresolved disagreement on the cards? COLLABORATE will provide a safe space for each party. Through expert collaboration and bespoke practical coaching, we will ensure that each party is match fit, equipped and prepared for a conflict conversation designed to resolve the dispute and save relationships quickly and effectively – even if not all parties want to get involved. And if conflict has already emerged, MEDIATE offers mediation with a twist. Parties will benefit from 121 mentorship leading up to and during a traditional mediation facilitated by a specialist independent Integrity panel mediator.
