How do you know if you offer a truly integrated care? The SCIROCCO tool makes it possible to evaluate the maturity level of integrated care in a region and identifies potential for further development (CIP - continuous improvement process). In cooperation with the International Foundation for Integrated Care (IFIC) and the Bundesverband Managed Care e.V. (BMC e.V.) we propose a webinar in English on SCIROCCO. The tool will be presented from various international perspectives and use cases. Thanks to the International Foundation for Integrated Care (IFIC) for putting together a great conference in Calgary - NACIC24. The HealthPathways team had a fantastic time, learning from a diverse range of clinicians, patients, caregivers, researchers, and health system leaders who share a common interest in integrated care. We also had the privilege of sharing our experiences of enabling learning health systems across the global HealthPathways Community: https://lnkd.in/gcK4MKps It was encouraging to connect with people like Dr Orlaith O'Reilly who could see the potential of HealthPathways Community to support integrated care in other countries: https://lnkd.in/gcdMvr-b We are now looking forward to IFIC's International conference ICIC25 in Lisbon in May next year. We hope to be able to present the results of the scoping review on methods for economic evaluation of care pathways that we are currently working on in partnership with IFIC and University of Newcastle Central Coast Research Institute.
