JTRE London
Real Estate
A leading responsible London property developer that create urban spaces for life and living.
About us
JTRE London is an integrated investor-developer-contactor founded in September 2019 by one of Central Europe’s leading property developers JTRE, based in Slovakia. JTRE entered the UK real estate market in 2018 having acquired its first Prime Central London asset for development on the South Bank, the £450m mixed use scheme, Triptych Bankside. As part of its flagship development, Triptych Bankside, JTRE London has contributed over £1.5m to the delivery of a new campus for Art Academy London at Triptych Bankside. Appleby Blue on Southwark Park Road, a project in partnership with United St. Saviour’s Charity is JTRE London’s second project. Designed by Stirling Prize-winning architects, Witherford, Watson and Mann, Appleby Blue is a new Almshouse consisting of 57 new homes and community space. JTRE London recently acquired 220 Blackfriars Road, its third project which is in partnership with Southwark Charities. Once completed, the new mixed-use scheme will provide two towers set amongst attractive gardens and landscaping, representing the tallest and highest value scheme to be developed in SE1 in recent years. The development of the site and creation of the new office building will help facilitate the construction of the new almshouse. Founded in 1996, JTRE now has over 300 employees and broad experience developing and managing a wide range of real estate projects in nine countries, mainly in Central and Eastern Europe, totalling over 10 million sq ft with a GDV of over €2.3bn. JTRE London has a strong track record of unlocking complex sites for development. Coupled with its partnership-led approach to structuring deals, JTRE London is well placed to tackle development projects which others might overlook.

As 2024 draws to a close we wanted to thank all of our partners and the dedicated team at JTRE London who have made the year so successful. Some of the highlights include... The successful acquisition of 220 Blackfriars Road development in partnership with SOUTHWARK CHARITIES. The £400m project will create an exemplar development of 224,000 sq ft of grade A offices with first class amenities, 64 almshouses, a charity hub, community hall and landscaped public gardens. At the start of the year we announced the appointment of Seamus P. as Operations Director, and also welcomed James Keegan as Head of Acquisitions. We were delighted to officially open Appleby Blue, our award winning almshouse scheme, designed by Witherford Watson Mann architects in partnership with United St Saviour's Charity. We also celebrated the opening of The Art Academy's new campus at Triptych Bankside. And finally, we finished a strong year with a further flurry of residential sales at Triptych Bankside where we are now 80% sold. Thank you to all of our partners, suppliers, agents and contractors, nothing could have been achieved without your support and we greatly appreciate the team effort.

Congratulations to global architecture firm KCAP on winning the Eurovea City Concept Design Competition for JTRE's new skyscrapers in Bratislava, set to transform the city skyline. The renowned Dutch studio KCAP was selected the winner of the 'Eurovea City Concept Design Competition', beating other architects – including Austrian Delugan Meissl Associated Architects, French firm Dominique Perrault Architecture, US firm Gensler and the Dubai-Slovak collaboration AE7 & GFI. The two towers (180m and 260m), which will include over 1,000 homes, will stand shoulder to shoulder with the existing Eurovea Tower (168m) and will constitute two of the tallest residential buildings in the EU, exemplifying JTRE's ambition and expertise in mixed-use development. Congratulations to all at KCAP and to our colleagues at JTRE.

🎉 September was a month of major milestones at JTRE London 🎉 We’re thrilled to have successfully launched our new Show Apartments at Triptych Bankside, designed by Dapa Atelier - Interior Design Studio, which generated over £8m in sales and demonstrates the continued confidence in the quality of the offering at the development. The new The Art Academy Campus also made headlines with a grand ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by esteemed guests including Neil Coyle – MP for Bermondsey and Southwark and Natasha Kaplinsky OBE. The opening further cements Bankside's status as the foremost arts and culture destination in the capital. And let's not forget our exciting partnership with London Design Festival where members of the public were able to immerse themselves in hands-on studio classes at the Art Academy, inspired by the incredible architecture of Bankside’s skyline. As we gear up for the remainder of the year, work is ramping up at 220 Blackfriars Road and lots more exiting news to come. Thank you to all who have supported us on this journey so far, including our incredible team and partners. Watch this space!
