This week some of our team have been volunteering their gift-wrapping skills in exchange for donations to Shooting Star Children's Hospices. On Tuesday we set up a gift-wrapping station in our office and encouraged our team to bring in their presents for us to wrap in exchange for donations. On Wednesday, a team of us went to a local shopping centre to wrap presents, and even our CEO Rupert Mills came along in his Christmas suit to help!  🎁  Across the two days, we raised a total of £348.30! 🎁 We’ve been proud supporters of SSCH since 2018, and are committed to helping them raise vital funds to support families in our community. Nov 1st 2024 - Today we celebrate 15 Years of Krome, marking a journey of remarkable growth, client-focused innovation, and an unwavering commitment to quality and trust. Having initially built the services division of a hardware business in 2007, our management team completed a buyout in 2009, laying the foundation of today’s company with a team of just 22 employees, working out of modest rented offices in Walton-on-Thames. Over the past 15 years, we’ve transformed from these humble beginnings into an IT solutions provider approaching £25 million in revenue, with 131 dedicated staff and offices across the UK, Europe, and the United States. Last week, we had the privilege of volunteering once again at Christopher's, part of Shooting Star Children's Hospices in Guildford. Our team of six volunteers spent the day painting, oiling, clearing, weeding, and digging in the gardens, helping to enhance the beautiful outdoor space for the families who visit. We are incredibly proud of our volunteers and honoured to support the vital work that Shooting Star Children’s Hospices do to care for children and their families during the most challenging times imaginable.
