We're a team of creatives, coaches and consultants who understand that the best way to build a radically better world, is to ignite the power of what’s possible in the hearts and the hands of local people.
We empower people and places to reach their potential. Setting in motion a cycle of prosperity, that starts at the grassroots, and builds the foundations of a two-way street where organisations and brands actively support the talent on their doorstep, tackle UN SDGs and benefit in return.
We make local champions. Empowering people, brands and place makers to bring about the change they want for themselves and their communities. By path finding, problem solving and perception shifting until they can believe in what is possible.

Had an insightful experience judging at the NALC Star Council awards at the UK House of Lords It's inspiring to see the incredible work councils across England are doing for their communities & local constituents. From housing to environmental initiatives, the range of issues tackled is vast. Connecting with a range of MPs, Councillors, Borough Mayors, and community figures was truly enriching On another note, at Skate Cabal ™, we're on a mission for change with our rolling for change campaign, funded by Joseph Rowntree Reform Trust, which aims to increase voter participation of Black and ethnic diverse communities in the next General elections in 2024.
