𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 | 𝗕𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗲𝘆 𝗗𝗘   Works are continuing at pace at Bermondsey DE for Greystar, part of one of London’s largest regeneration projects. Standing tall at 21-storeys, the slipform is complete, with works now steadily progressing on the concrete frame of the residential tower, currently at Level 1.   Transforming a brownfield site into a world-class residential neighbourhood, DE will deliver 225 Build to Rent apartments within a 21-storey residential tower, alongside 35,000 sq ft of affordable workspace across a 4-storey office block with a large amenity roof terrace.   We look forward to pressing on with works to deliver this thriving, sustainable neighbourhood in South London. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 | 𝗠𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝟰 We are making incredible progress in the final phase of ‘Postmark’, an iconic large-scale multi-phase redevelopment for Taylor Wimpey Central London. Transforming this prominent redevelopment of the former Royal Mail Sorting Office in Central London, we started out with Phase 2 in 2020, completed in July 2023, followed by Phase 3, handed over in March 2024. We are now approaching the final stages in the delivery of Phase 4, with Blocks J, H5 and H6 complete, and fit out, façade and landscaping works continuing throughout the final Blocks in preparation for overall handover of the project.
