A striking scheme which stands amongst the tallest buildings in Leeds, the building boasts high quality accommodation for 693 students along with a phenomenal array of shared spaces and amenities. The joyful building is sure to brighten anyone’s day, with light filled, colourful interiors and an eye-catching unitised façade. Our Leeds team delivered this complex project within an extremely tight timeframe – an incredible achievement and testament to their consistent hard work and solutions-focused approach throughout. We are proud to share final pics of our Milton Keynes scheme, delivered in partnership with HG Living on behalf of Pension Insurance Corporation plc. Arbour is a stunning new Build to Rent scheme comprising 306 residential apartments, 43 of which are affordable housing. The shared amenity spaces are of an exceptional standard and include 24-hour concierge, residents’ lounge, gym, fitness studio, sky lounge and multi-use games room.   The development has been awarded a Platinum WiredScore rating and is targeting a 4* Homes Quality Mark rating. We celebrated a major milestone on the Biscuit Factory last week, where we're currently working with Workspace Group to deliver an exciting new commercial scheme comprising 76 new office spaces along with meeting rooms, café and other facilities. The project team gathered on the roof to mark the Topping Out of the scheme, where the occasion was marked with the tradition of laying the last of the cement, along with speeches from Workspace and HG Construction. This challenging scheme has involved working within a constrained footprint site with multiple adjacent buildings and stakeholders, requiring a sensitive approach during the demolition and construction phases to ensure minimum disruption. This exciting new hub for small and growing businesses will make a very positive addition to Southwark and we are proud to be a part of it. It’s a pleasure to share photographs of the recently completed 153-bed Ruby Stella hotel in Clerkenwell - a perfectly formed, stylish boutique hotel in a vibrant location for RE Capital.   Ruby hotels are designed to offer guests affordable luxury, with Ruby Stella drawing design inspiration from the neighbourhood’s rich literary history. The hotel is located a short distance from the West End’s shops and theatres, along with historic attractions including St Paul's Cathedral and the Tower of London.   As well the striking new hotel, this mixed use scheme also included the construction of an affordable housing block and the sensitive refurbishment and extension of a Victorian Ragged School building into c18,700 sq ft of Grade A office space. The scheme was designed to complement the Ragged School's historic and distinctive crenelated tower, with new publicly accessible external courtyards inspired by Clerkenwell's many tightly knit streets and alleys. This exciting scheme has revitalised the area with beautifully designed buildings which will make a positive contribution to the local area for years to come. The role will involve regular travel to sites to manage site set ups and closures; network, wi-fi and connectivity provision; and ad hoc support to end users. The role is best suited to someone with experience of working in an IT support (Windows) environment, with a good understanding of basic networking. Experience of working with Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft 365 admin portals is essential. This fast-paced support role requires practical knowledge and an ability to implement problem-solving strategies with flexibility. The ideal candidate will have good interpersonal and communication skills, along with an ability to support users with varying levels of expertise. A full UK driving licence is essential as frequent travel to remote sites will be required. Chiswick Green is a stunning new residential scheme in the heart of Chiswick, recently completed for our client CHR Ltd.   We’re delighted to share final pics of the scheme, which comprises 133 new luxury apartments and four town houses, along with 9,000 sq ft of retail and leisure space, over four separate blocks. The new homes benefit from access to private outdoor space such as a balcony or garden, as well as communal roof terraces.   Designed by award-winning Assael Architecture, this complex and logistically challenging scheme involved the redevelopment of the previously disused Empire House office building into one and two-bedroom apartments with a new façade.
