M Core Property acquires The Bridges Shopping Centre in Sunderland M Core Property, a leading commercial property and investment collective, has acquired popular retail destination, The Bridges Shopping Centre, in Sunderland. The 595,000 sq ft shopping centre dominates the city’s retail offering with almost 100 units differing in size. Anchored by Primark, Next and TK MAXX, the high footfall centre comprises most of the Sunderland retail floorspace and includes a 938-space car park. M Core Property acquired the centre as part of its proactive acquisition drive of shopping parades, centres and retail parks in new areas across the country.
