Another Planning Permission Secured! 🚀 We're on a roll with granted planning permissions decided within the timescales which a couple of years ago was almost unheard of! Thrilled to share that we’ve just received approval for a tricky little site where an extension of the existing building will create 5 new apartments. A small site but it still recieved the full strategic design and development management service from us. More fantastic news on our Stalybridge Town Centre site this week, with a unanimous vote for approval at TMBC’s Speakers Panel and some flattering comments from the committee. The riverside site will provide 78 apartments and 4 retail or hospitality units, a riverside walk and high quality public open spaces.
