2024 has been a year of milestones and momentum for both me and MORF. 🚀 One of the highlights was participating in the Innovate UK ICURe Explore Programme. It was an eye-opening experience that allowed me to connect with #biotech researchers from around the globe, shaping our vision for the future. Creating this animated explainer video with the talented team at Brilliant Red Digital was a fantastic way to share our mission. ▶️ http://bit.ly/4gzEM6Q Attending SynBioBeta this year was another standout moment. The event showcased the immense scale of the #biomanufacturing industry and the groundbreaking advances shaping its future. As well as connecting with global innovators, I enjoyed teaming up with the Innovate UK Global Business Innovation Programme delegation to learn more about the exceptional biotech #startups emerging from the UK. 🧬 Being part of networks like IBioIC, High Value Biorenewables Network, BioIndustry Association (BIA), and BBIA has been a privilege, with their events offering insights, connections, and inspiration. A personal milestone this year was pitching at Bio Base Europe Pilot Plant Pitch Perfect – a challenge that prepared me for the exciting journey of raising #investment! 😃 For MORF, 2024 marked our evolution from an academic tool to a platform delivering actionable data insights for industrial projects. We’re deeply grateful to our early adopters – Johnson Matthey, HydRegen, Azotic Technologies Ltd., and FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies – for trusting us and collaborating to refine our platform. 📈 A special shoutout to Barry McHoull for his invaluable guidance as our ICURe business advisor, to Natalia Stawniak for her tireless support as our TTO, and to Ali Darwish for sharing our story in his Fruitionary spotlight series.
