🚀 Exciting Week in the North West's Finance Sector! 🚀 It has been a busy week, with some significant developments in the finance and business landscape of the North West, showing no signs of slowing down in the run-up to Christmas. Here are some of the highlights: ⭐ Supreme PLC has successfully acquired Typhoo Tea Ltd, marking a significant expansion in the beverage sector. This move is expected to rejuvenate the iconic tea brand and enhance its market presence. ⭐ The management buyout of Steven A Hunt & Associates has been completed with the support of a £500,000 investment from River Capital. This investment will enable the senior management team to drive the company's future growth while maintaining its legacy of excellence. ⭐ On the Beach has announced plans for further expansion, aiming to increase its footprint in the travel industry and enhance customer experiences. This expansion includes significant investments to broaden their service offerings and reach more customers. ⭐ The Co-op has secured a new £400 million sustainability-linked revolving credit facility, which will provide the necessary capital to support its strategic initiatives and community-focused projects. ⭐ BAE Systems has launched a major apprenticeship drive, planning to recruit over 2,400 new apprentices, undergraduates, and graduates in 2025.
