I have attended an excellent couple of events recently representing the #hertsgogreenandgrow community. Firstly we were at the Hertfordshire Chamber of Commerce Wellbeing Conference where we ran our Wellbeing Wins workshop in the afternoon. It is always fun to be with Abigayle Fisher, Fiona Edwards MIEMA, CEnv and Alasdair Craig and we had real enthusiasm from all of the participants of our session. Thanks to Donna Schultz and the team for organising an excellent event. Then I was a member of a panel along with Richard Whitehead and Neil Hayes talking about "The Value of Sustainable Growth" for Hertfordshire at the Building Futures event held by Hertfordshire County Council. I was representing the SME community and talking about how collaboration is so important to success. Facilitated by Lynne Ceeney and with contributions from Helen Pollock it was a really interesting discussion about how lower carbon businesses will generate growth and opportunity in the County. A terrific group of purpose lead individuals keen to turn the wheel on Sustainability & Leadership.
