We saw some fantastic Health and Safety training for our supply chain partners recently when Julia Chapple Assoc CIPD came to Grove Park to conduct two IPB (Influencing Positive Behaviour) training sessions. It was great to see all 36 attendees so engaged in the session, which included influencing positive behaviour on site. The sessions saw participants from companies including Airwright Midland Ltd, ECO Clean and Vistry Works among many others. Shaun Young, Electrical Contracts Manager for NME Electrical Services sent a note of thanks saying: “The training was very thought provoking and well presented. I’ve attended a few of these now, but took a lot away from today.”
