We’re pleased to introduce PeaPod, our new podcast for Peabody residents and communities. PeaPod brings together voices from across Peabody to shed light on topics which are important to our residents. We answer common questions and share helpful tips and advice. In our first episode, our Head of Community Safety, Adam, is joined by Community Safety Specialists, Davey and Sharon. They discuss what ASB is, how it affects our communities and what support is available for residents experiencing it. Here's some behind the scenes snaps in the PeaPod studio. 👇 And you can listen to the episode wherever you get your podcasts. 🎙️ peapod.buzzsprout.com

#ASBAwarenessWeek: Today is Victims' Day #AntiSocialBehaviour can devastate the lives of victims and ruin communities. Almost 1 in 7 people say #ASB has impacted on their mental health. Despite this, victims of ASB are NOT guaranteed support to help them cope. We're working hard to change this. See: https://lnkd.in/e3FJ_zEf

We’re supporting Men's Mental Health Awareness Month. The month aims to raise awareness of men's mental health issues. This month, check in with your colleagues, friends and family and ask if they’re ok. It could make a world of difference. 🧠 mind.org.uk #MensMentalHealth #MindfulPeabody #MentalHealthAwareness

I’m delighted to announce that I have joined the National Housing Federation board at this very important time for housing. I look forward to working with colleagues to advocate on behalf of residents across the country and ensure we at the NHF continue to support members on the key issues for the sector. We will champion the critical role that housing associations play in building affordable homes and supporting thriving communities across the country.

This year, we've been listening, learning and making changes to deliver better services for our residents. We’ve set up a new complaints panel to improve our services, invested in new technology so residents can access our services online, and we’re investing £1m a day to improve and maintain homes. Our latest Resident Review report is out. Read more about what progress has been made and what’s next. ⬇️ https://lnkd.in/d5EhESAx
