Let’s talk materials! 🌿 At Spaces at The Spine, every surface, fabric, and finish has been carefully chosen to meet the WELL Standard at the Platinum level, the highest attainable certification for buildings implementing wellbeing and health features within their design. From the paint on the walls to the flooring underfoot, every material is selected with sustainability, air quality, and longevity in mind: 🎣 Our carpet tiles are made from recycled fishing nets, individually installed for easy replacement. Damaged tiles are sent back to the manufacturer for re-recycling ♻️ The wallpaper in our Wolfson Lecture Theatre, one of our most technologically advanced event spaces, is crafted from 95% recycled plastic bottles 🌳 Real oak and timber have been used throughout the venue, designed to age beautifully and stand the test of time Spaces at The Spine is more than an event venue. #ThrowbackThursday to our Wellness Breakfast Event last week, where movement, mindfulness, and nutrition took centre stage 🌿 From challenging our guests to climb the 360 steps to the top of The Spine to sound bath and meditation sessions, a digital affirmation board, and protein ball-making with our Head Chef, every activity was inspired by the principles of the WELL Standard.
