What a summer season it's been at the RHC! We've done everything from welcoming 27,000 people to our main ring to watch Catfish and the Bottlemen at the Edinburgh Summer Sessions to hosting the official election ballot counting centre in the Highland Hall! For vehicle enthusiasts we saw hundreds of Trucks descend upon Ingliston for Europe's biggest celebration of trucking vehicles at TRUCKFEST and showcased some of the shiniest automobiles at Cleanfest, Scotland's premium automotive event. To kick off the season, we celebrated the 50th anniversary of Scottish Kennel Club at the RHC, a fixture in the canine calendar. Followed closely by RHASS' flagship fundraising event the Royal Highland Show welcoming 220,000 visitors over 4 days. The British Show Jumping Extravaganza saw the best in Show Jumping leap into the Jubilee Ring for 4 days in July. August was all about Edinburgh Summer Sessions - with a one day festival featuring Ocean Colour Scene supported by Scottish indie-rockers The View, as well as Embrace, Alabama 3, Reverend And The Makers and Republica followed swiftly by the phenomenal sold out Catfish and the Bottlemen gig. NEW for 2024, we welcomed gamers for Tabletop Scotland, a board, card and RPG convention! Finally, and most recently RHC hosted Motability Foundations Big Event, showcasing accessible vehicles, scooters and powered wheelchairs. Gigs in Scotland

We had a fantastic day at our 'Maximise Your Retail Strategy' event held at The Pavilion, Royal Highland Centre. The event was packed with valuable insights, covering everything from an in-depth look at the UK grocery landscape, to hearing about the strategies of major UK retailers, and gaining a deeper understanding of the unique characteristics of Scottish shoppers. A big thank you to our brilliant line-up of speakers: ⭐️ Graham McLean, Rhian Thomas, and Patrick Mitchell-Fox from IGD (Institute of Grocery Distribution) ⭐️ James Lamont from Tesco ⭐️ Jill Sutherland from Tesco ⭐️ Lesley Ann Gray from Kantar ⭐️ Anne-Laure F. from The Knowledge Bank A special thanks to The Pavilion for hosting us and to Regis Banqueting Ltd for providing the delicious catering. In partnership with retail expert IGD (Institute of Grocery Distribution), this event was brought to you by The Knowledge Bank, The Academy and Scotland Food & Drink.
