With the support of Organ Symphony Health, we can now do anything! But we don’t want to. It would be very easy to now promote ourselves as a full-service agency – the culmination of our scientific excellence and the creative flair of 3hree 2wo Creative – but, honestly, that would only weaken our offering. In fact, it would turn us into competitors to one another, where we never were before. Instead, we are doubling down on what we built our reputation on, and using the support that Organ Symphony Health affords us to be better, more effective, and more innovative. We are an education and communication consultancy, confidently holding creativity in our back pocket.

What does success look like for Organ Symphony Health? And why do these goals matter to our clients? Only 10–15% of the items on this list will directly deliver impact for our clients. So, how are these viable measures of success? Well, we’ve taken a more cause-and-effect perspective on success. “People don’t buy what you do; they buy why you do it. And what you do simply proves what you believe.” - Simon Sinek We partner with clients with whom we align on values. Through those partnerships, we are able to effect positive change in the lives of patients. Through the success of those partnerships, we generate the capital to reinvest into initiatives that further effect positive change for our team, for society, and for a sustainable and better future. This list is not the measure of success, it is what we will secure with success.

“A business that makes nothing but money is a poor business.” - Henry Ford As a company operating in the healthcare space, it is our ultimate responsibility to make a difference to the lives of patients, through our partnerships with our clients. The question, therefore, is how? How do we deliver real impact for our clients, to effect the change we wish to realise? Our five core values are: - Passion & Purpose - Balance & Security - Understanding & Progress - Sharing & Alignment - Empowerment & Equity These values underpin everything we do.

We have never been prouder to say something that seems so unethical! Organ Symphony Health turned one over the weekend. Since its incorporation, the team has been working hard behind the scenes, asking ourselves difficult questions about what we want this new group to be – what are our values and who do we serve. We are immensely proud to be launching the Organ Symphony Health manifesto. It harmonises the great work, ethos and ethics that have guided SciMed and 3hree 2wo Creative in past years, and sets the direction for how we can effect change and create a better impact together: for us, you, society, and the future. Organ Symphony Health does not and will never contract directly with clients. It only has two priorities: 1) looking after and nurturing our team; 2) ensuring that the organisation lives up to its ethical responsibilities and pledges. As a company, therefore, SciMed’s one and only priority is truly delivering impact for our clients. Want to know what that means? Get in touch – we’d love to talk to you about how our manifesto can serve you.
