🏗️Since the last update, fantastic progress has been made across all eight blocks of our Daisy Bank Park scheme.🏗️ The brickwork on the apartment building has reached the second-floor level, and the team is all set for the hollow-core concrete plank flooring to be installed this week. The traditional roof construction is well underway on blocks three and four. These properties will be felt and battened before the site closes for Christmas. Internal works will commence when the site reopens in 2025.✨ Construction of the substation is complete and we are now ready for the services provider to connect power in January! 🎉 Completion of a state-of-the-art facility for Beckers Group 🎉 Thrilled to share the completion of our recent project for global coating company, Beckers Group. This cutting-edge building in Speke, Liverpool was designed to support the creation of the next generation of sustainable coil coatings. It features Beckers' own thermal-control coating on the roof, reducing energy needed for heating, an active carbon filtration system on a VOC exhaust chimney, and heat pumps to lower CO2 emissions. The facility boasts a steel frame on a raft slab, bespoke cladding with Beckers' innovative paint, polished concrete, state-of-the-art lab equipment, a moveable wall, and a customised experience room with switch control glass. 🚧 Julian Pitlovits: 10-Week Update! 🚧 It's been 10 weeks since Julian joined us as a Quantity Surveyor, and time has certainly flown for our newest team member. Julian has been busy collaborating with our estimating manager on several new tenders and we are delighted to have successfully won three projects! 🏆 Julian is gearing up for his first development getting underway onsite in December 2024 - a stunning one-off house for a private client. Julian has a flair for delivering not just properties but also great relationships and we are excited to see this project, which will involve collaborating with internal departments alongside several contractors, take shape. 📍 Restoring a local landmark in Altrincham! 📍 We are delighted to be working with the talented design team, BDI Structural Solutions and Howard and Seddon Architects, to breathe new life into the former Wheatsheaf pub, transforming it into six beautiful new homes. Located in Altrincham’s Old Marketplace conservation area, at the corner of Church Street and Manchester Road, this historic pub has stood proudly since the 1700s. While the iconic black and white Tudor-style façade is not the original, it is believed to have been added in the 1920s. This distinctive feature has become so closely associated with the town that Trafford Council has requested its preservation as part of the new housing development.
