About us
Special Needs Jungle is a non-profit company Limited by Guarantee. SNJ began as a blog in 2008, aimed at helping parents navigate the special educational needs and disability system in England. It became a registered organisation in 2014 and now has three volunteer Directors. The website provides information, news, resources and informed opinion on special educational needs, disability, mental health, and child health conditions and chronic illness, with a focus on rare diseases. Our wide audience is made up of parent carers, education and health professionals and those people working in local and national government. We have a strong line up of expert columnists who provide insight into their specific areas for our readers.

That’s not who you are, but you become this fighter, because you have to take it on all the time to stand up for your children’s needs.” https://lnkd.in/eYkrK2ii
