    Earlier this week, we hosted an incredible AI Lunch & Learn session at Superdry HQ, led by our Technology Director, Dafydd Moore, where we introduced our colleagues to what AI truly means for humans, society, and Superdry. We explored the world of artificial intelligence—its impact on the economy and retail, and how we, at Superdry can leverage it to shape our future. Why is this important for Superdry? Technology is a strategic enabler in achieving our business goals. It is essential for us to stay informed and embrace change to adapt, evolve, and thrive in a technology-driven retail landscape. Key takeaways: - We cannot slow down technology, but we can learn how to utilise it effectively. - AI may seem intimidating, and concerns like "What about my job?" are common. However, remember that AI is not conscious—we are! - Humans will always play a crucial role. Developing a Growth Mindset is vital for thinking differently about our future. Together, we’re embarking on a 12-year journey, that grants Brand Collective exclusive rights to the Superdry brand in Australia with a multi-million-dollar royalty value. This extended partnership paves the way for an exciting era of growth, with both companies aiming to double revenues in the next five years, targeting AUD 100 million. Brand Collective, known for its stylish and cutting-edge retail experiences, operates over 300 stores nationwide with 16 retail partners. Superdry continues to be the cornerstone of Brand Collective's diverse portfolio, which includes other iconic brands such as Reebok, Review, Shoes & Sox, Clarks, and Hush Puppies.     It's been a huge month for Superdry, with our HQ teams working at speed on the global roll out of our new ecommerce platforms, powered by Salesforce, and aligned to the launch of our beautiful new Spring/Summer collections. Our new websites represent a significant leap forward in our mission to deliver an enhanced, user-friendly experience for our valued customers.     By combining Salesforce's cutting-edge technology with Superdry's new creative direction, we've created a digital experience that is not only visually stunning but also rich in functionality, elevating the customer experience from the very first click, right through to checkout. Harnessing Einstein AI features, our new websites will offer a uniquely personalised experience that aligns with each individual customer's shopping habits and preferences. This project stands as a testament to the dedication, passion, and collaboration of our incredible teams from across the Superdry business and our build partner OSF Digital.
