Are you planning to take on a Recruitment apprentice in 2025? Update: the new ST1421 Recruiter apprenticeship will replace Recruitment Resourcer L2 and Recruitment Consultant L3. This apprenticeship aligns with: - The British Institute of Recruiters for Certified Agency Recruiter (Cert PRec) and Specialist in Talent Acquisition and Retention for In-House Recruiters (STAR) - The Recruitment and Employment Confederation for Affiliate member The key themes that will be assessed both during the apprenticeship and during the End-Point Assessment (EPA) are: - Stakeholder engagement and management - Recruitment market and models - Organisational strategy - Policy, regulations, and legislation - Recruitment processes Our Recruitment and HR tutor, Teodora Apan MSET CertRP was part of the expert panel consulted on this change. The Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours (KSBs) will be assessed through more discussion-driven methods, with work evidence, and fewer written assignments and reflective accounts. Finishing off for Christmas with our final get together to reflect on what we've been up to and the incredible achievements of the whole team individually and together this year. We've grown so much and this is only half of us! A massive shout out to all, especially our amazing apprentices, for the 72% achievement rate which registered in October, covering the 12 months activity to that date, and which should be displayed very soon on our Ifate listing. Congratulations to Hannah Cowling, marketing apprentice based at the executive recruiter, Mackenzie Stuart. She has completed her L4 Marketing Executive apprenticeship - with a Distinction! As part of her final project, Hannah identified areas of improvement to the company website, establishing a regular blog and refined the organisation's SEO strategy. As a result, visitors to the site increased dramatically! This is such a great example of the impact that apprentices can have, within a short space of time. Her tutor, Sally Walters, says, " This result is well deserved! You worked extremely hard, listened to advice, and were a pleasure to teach.
