Yesterday, AssetHUB CEO Rob Leenderts chaired a panel discussion on ‘Investing in Connectivity: Public Fibre & Digital Equity’ at INCA - Independent Networks Co-operative Association ’s #INCASummit2024   Also joined by Guy Reiffer, Transport for Wales; Ben Allwright, Ogi; Shueb A., Boldyn Networks; Shaun Fensom, Cooperative Network Infrastructure (CNI), the panel generated some great discussions on how the public and private sectors can work together effectively to maximise operational efficiencies in the fibre industry.   At the INCA Summit today? We are delighted to announce our partnership with Cooperative Network Infrastructure (CNI) that is enabling public and private sector organisations to easily share assets, such as fibre, ducts, ethernet and street furniture to avoid overbuild of infrastructure and speed up the rollout of fast broadband.   The AssetHUB marketplace for buying and selling existing infrastructure can now be used by all of CNI’s 50 members to manage incoming enquiries regarding their assets. CNI represents public and private sector organisations, helping them share digital infrastructure in Tameside, Blackpool, Manchester, Lancaster, Brighton and Sussex.   Both organisations have also been jointly working with the INCA - Independent Networks Co-operative Association Special Interest Groups to encourage Altnets to share physical infrastructure.
