We were delighted to be at the NPG yesterday to meet Her Royal Highness The Princess of Wales and see the magical Bobeam Tree Trail! This educational trail for under five’s is the first project from The Royal Foundation Centre for Early Childhood to be based on its new Shaping Us Framework, aimed to promote understanding of the social and emotional skills that help us thrive in life. We're excited to use this new framework in our creative programmes and activities for children and families, supporting health, wellbeing and development through creativity.

We are thrilled that this year’s Festive Appeal has raised £55,284! A huge thank you from everyone at Lowry for your generosity and support. Donations will help fund our creative programmes that make a real difference for children and young people in Salford facing challenges. Additional to our own appeal, we are delighted to share that £7,714 was raised for Hope Mill’s First Curtain after their performances of A Christmas Carol in our Quays Theatre. A fantastic £1863 was also raised for Salford Foodbank.

📣We're Hiring!📣 We currently have an opportunity for a multi-skilled Theatre Technician to join the Technical Department. The Theatre Technician works closely with the Head of Technical and the Technical Managers to ensure a smooth running of the Technical Department. This role involves carrying out all duties associated with the get in, fit up, running and get out of a variety of productions & events taking place across our three theatres, conference rooms and also at time our outdoor performance areas. You will be required to work closely with our Visiting Companies & clients to provide efficient and professional support for all their technical requirements, and also complete any other tasks needed to help the company facilitate its business objectives.
