HOME is Manchester’s centre for international contemporary art, theatre and film. The two theatres show an exciting, eclectic mix of plays with an international focus. The five cinemas showcase the very best in contemporary and classic cinema. The gallery presents work by emerging and established artists. HOME also operates a restaurant, bar and bookshop.

    We have an exciting announcement!💥 We are thrilled to unleash our 2025 theatre season, which happens to take place during our 10th birthday! 🎂 Filled to the brim with world-class productions and exciting new work, you can look forward to an epic line-up featuring global smash hit, a riotously funny reimagining of a Hitchcock classic, and a fantastically spooky new musical based on an iconic novel. Taking to our main stage 1️⃣ is Mariupol Drama – a powerful tale of survival inside Mariupol's Donetsk Drama Theatre during the March 2022 tragedy. Next, we have One Punch, John Godber Company’s gritty, true-story thriller with laughs and tension. Tambo & Bones is the sharp comedy tackling racism and imagining hope. We ‘re also excited to announce Kim’s Convenience, the hit comedy-drama that inspired the Netflix sensation, and North by Northwest, Emma Rice’s daring take on Hitchcock’s classic. Our main stage will also host a series of unmissable one-nighters. On our Theatre 2 stage 2️⃣ don’t miss FAMEHUNGRY, a tiktok deep dive into attention culture, The House Party, a modern exploration of wealth and entitlement, Daniel Bye’s first new solo show for seven years, Imaginary Friends, Carousel by Ivo Graham; a nostalgic journey brought to life on stage, and It’s the Economy, Stupid! - a true story based on a family caught up in the 90s recession.
