  • Our Day Service Our Day Service provides a lifeline for people experiencing homelessness or at risk of rough sleeping. It’s a place where basic needs are met, social connections are made, and assessments and ongoing support begin. What We Offer: ✅ Access to food, showers, laundry, and lockers for rough sleepers, those using crash accommodation and sofa surfers. ✅ An assessment hub that connects people to the right support—whether it’s Outreach, temporary accommodation like Annsgate, supported living at Catherine House, floating Support to maintain independence or indeed other appropriate specialist support services. Together, we’re ensuring no one gets left behind 🧡 #HAW24 #TimeforChange

  • 𝗠𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁 Accessing healthcare can be tough for people experiencing homelessness, leading to untreated conditions that worsen over time - 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗠𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻. Fitted like a GP/medical room, the unit delivers medical care directly to people on the streets, in hostels, and in temporary accommodations 🧑⚕️ ✅ Currently operates 𝟯 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗮 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗶𝗻 𝗕𝗲𝗹𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁 and 𝟭 𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗮. ✅ Provides primary healthcare, vaccinations, testing and more. ✅ Partners with the Health Inclusion Service, who supply medical staff, while we provide the bus, driver, and funding.   • 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝘀𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗘𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 At Annsgate, we provide emergency accommodation for women in Belfast facing some of the toughest challenges - homelessness, substance misuse, mental health struggles, and the effects of trauma from abuse or loss. Our 10-bed women-only facility supports those with complex needs, offering shelter and care when no other options are available. We operate with a 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝘁𝗼𝗹𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘀, ensuring these women have access to the help they need, when they need it to best support them through their journeys 🫶 Together, we’re creating a safe space for women to begin rebuilding their lives 🧡 #HAW24 #TimeforChange

  • 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 Transitioning from homelessness to independent living can be challenging. Our Floating Support Service is here to help individuals keep their tenancies and build a life in their community 🏠 We aim to prevent repeat homelessness by helping clients manage their tenancies, overcome social isolation, and adjust to independent living. 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝗲 𝗮 𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗰𝗸, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗲 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗮 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗵. How We Help: ✅ Flexible, responsive support for those with complex needs, including mental health challenges and substance misuse. ✅ Home visits from our team of dedicated support workers, providing guidance to over 100 clients. When extra support is needed, we work closely with our Outreach, Day Service, and Women's Services to provide wrap-around care, whether it’s responding to a crisis, offering a place to socialise, or providing temporary shelter.   • 𝗖𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 Opened in March 2023, Catherine House is a safe, supportive, and therapeutic space for women in Belfast taking steps toward independent living Catherine House supports women with complex needs—including addiction, mental health challenges, and trauma—by breaking the cycle of homelessness and helping them transition into independent living 🧡 ✅ A 10-unit women-only accommodation designed with a trauma-informed, gender-specific approach proven to help women overcome homelessness. ✅ High-quality, homely spaces with shared kitchens, living areas, a garden, and calming décor to promote well-being. ✅ 24/7 support from a dedicated team of staff to help residents build confidence, life skills, and stability.
