Here's a quick heads up on our exciting plans for 2025. The Business, distributed with Sunday Times Scotland, and also available online and in a digital version, is planning four glossy quarterly magazines in April, June, September and December. The April edition will include a comprehensive list of Scotland's Deals of the Year, and is our biggest-ever publication. We also have three Deals and Dealmakers breakfasts in the pipeline for 10th April, RSE, Edinburgh; The Merchant House, Glasgow, 26th September, and Aberdeen (TBC). These have been interesting times at Glasgow corporate law firm Macdonald Henderson. October 2024 alone saw the firm advise on 14 deals and last week it announced the acquisition of Ferguson Whyte Solicitors, gaining it a presence in the Glasgow’s West End as well as its Hope Street office in the city centre.
