About us

The DRG (Di Maggio’s Restaurant Group) is a family-run restaurant group, serving pizza to pals since 1985. We are a team of 1000 and still growing, with 20 locations across Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Glasgow, and Newcastle. Our venues include Di Maggio’s - the popular American-Italian Glasgow name, other venues include Amarone and Café Andaluz – where we serve up sunshine on a plate, while raising the bar and delivering a first-class experience at The Anchor Line, Atlantic Bar and Brasserie, The Citizen, Barolo Grill and Cadiz. In May 2024, we welcomed Paesano and Sugo brands to the family and we'll continue our measured growth approach when the right opportunities and sites come along. We are always on the lookout to expand our family and our talented team. We offer a range of careers, from kitchen and front of house to management positions and opportunities as training as a registered Modern Apprenticeship Provider, with Skills Development Scotland. We are proud to train and lead the hospitality stars of the future.
