📢NEW DATA: Record-breaking modern slavery referrals—but are victims getting the support they need? 19,125 potential victims were referred in 2024, the highest ever recorded. At the same time, more people than ever are being identified but not engaging with services. Unseen Director, Justine Carter, says: "As the effects of the 2022 Nationality and Borders Act and the 2023 Illegal Migration Act continue to unfold, some may be more hesitant to report, making detection even harder over time.
