Fantastic coverage in #DerbyTelegraph and Derbyshire Times on our recent international tourism activity with VisitBritain to attract more overseas visitors to the Peak District & Derbyshire 🗞️ International visitors tend to stay for longer, spend more and help to extend the tourism season, supporting a #sustainable visitor economy that drives growth and benefits local communities. We were delighted to work with #VisitBritain on the recent #ShowcaseBritain educational visit with Dutch and Belgian travel buyers and are proud members of UKinbound, working with partners, stakeholders and members to drive international visits across the region. #visitpeakdistrict #peakdistrict East Midlands Combined County Authority Mayor of the East Midlands, Claire Ward
