Site Visit: Newtown Works, Ashford Recently Clague Architects undertook a site visit to inspect ongoing brick repair and stabilisation works prior to commencement of main conversion of Newtown Works. The weather that day was clearly on our side, as we captured beautiful shots of the site, showing off the existing structure. The railway works have laid dormant for over 30 years and the first phase will provide circa 300 apartments, 5000 sqm of office space and over 1.5 miles of brickwork repairs.
