From facing homelessness to spending Christmas in their dream home - this is Liz and Paul's story. After a no-fault eviction left them without a home, the couple from Leeds spent months staying with family as they joined around 85,000 households across #WestYorkshire on waiting lists. But they're now celebrating a fresh start in their affordable home at Citu's Climate Innovation District - just in time for the festive season. "When we viewed the home, we both looked at each other and just said ‘yes’ straight away. And with it being through Yorkshire Housing, we knew we’d have that stability we needed. "It was such a relief knowing we could get the family back together.
