Last night as Chair of CMI Scotland Board, I was delighted to speak at Dumfries and Galloway College about accidental managers. It was a brilliant event with lots of conversation, questions and with a buzz about the room. Thanks to the College for organising the event and to Iain Tinniswood, a fellow board member, who also spoke. Well done to the College for becoming a CMI centre and best wishes for the future. I hope we can visit and support again soon. Chartered Management Institute
