Wingstop’s arrival will bring a distinctive flair to The Brewery Quarter’s mix of high quality dining options and promises to be a hit with local residents and visitors seeking a flavourful experience. Originally founded in the US in 1994, Wingstop launched in the UK in 2018 and will have 57 sites across the country by the end of 2024, including major cities such as London, Manchester, Bristol, Leeds, and Birmingham. The brand’s success has established it as a sought-after destination for diners seeking an authentic, personalised, and flavour packed experience. Following quickly on the heels of recent openings Go Outdoors and Menkind, Wingstop UK will open to Cheltenham diners in Summer 2025, positioned between Søstrene Grene and F45. An investment opportunity as international real estate advisor, Savills, has been jointly appointed by Cheltenham Borough Council and Gloucester City Council to market the freehold interest in Gloucestershire Airport, which includes 100% of the shares in the operating company, Gloucestershire Airport Limited. Cheltenham will soon welcome three new EV charging hubs to the town centre thanks to a partnership between Cheltenham Borough Council and The EV Network, supporting shoppers and visitors with electric vehicles. Scheduled to come online in November, in time for the busy Christmas retail trading period, 26 rapid charging bays will be installed in key car parks to ensure accessibility and coverage. The first three charging hubs will be located at St James Street and Bath Terrace offering ten bays each, and Church Piece car park offering six, with more to follow in other Cheltenham car parks from 2025.
